beautified XML output in order to make it more human-friendly.
Had to substitute xml.dom.minidom writexml() function
in order to avoid extra new-lines inside property tags and produce
a XML that can be parsed correctly by MLT

a new menu voice is added that exports to a mlt-xml file in project directory,
file is called with project name and .xml extension

Merged the h.264 patch into the video.py and render_cli.py files, which solves a Debian bug exporting to h.264. Also, change the menu Project to Title. Updated the POT file with new translations. Fixed a bug on the Preferences screen where non-english versions would not change tabs.

Added the melt command to the preferences GUI, and added
a warning message if no video formats are found... which
would usually indicate that the melt command returned no
output... and thus the melt command is incorrect.

Bumped to version 1.0.7

Updated POT translation template (new english strings)

Removed Profiles button from mainGTK window, and moved it
to the preferences dialog.

Replaced some preference screen labels with translated
strings.
