Resize ubuntu budgie welcome background to display correct on slideshow

Description of the change

On the Ubuntu Budgie slideshow - the first and last sides show but with a very visible thick white background between the slideshow image and the ubiquity progress bar.

This change resizes the background so that the white background is not visible.

This has been tested by building the package in my PPA, installing on a live-session and examining the slideshow whilst installing.
