Completely gotten rid of all femtools dependencies in multigrid code, including fldebug.
Still to do:
1) move in its own directory
2) have a c friendly interface to setup_mg()
3) write a test
4) more work: add PCCreate_stephamg, etc... This requires quite a bit of reorganisation.

Everything that depends on femtools is now in Multigrid_Interface.F90.
Multigrid.F90 still depends on parallel_tools and fldebug (to be fixed).

If dev version of libadjoint is installed, the configure script is now smart enough to realise and fluidity is built without adjoint support.
