Remove dodgy solver options.

Not entirely sure why these were there. These are experimental, hidden chebychev smoothing options.
Removing those makes the test pass locally for me with the flredecomped input mesh as produced on cx1.

Disable runup check from stagnant_conical_island test (after consultation with CianW) as it is a little bit too sensitive to...things.

The backward-facing step cases are, and have been for quite some time now, valid long tests.
The argument they exist in the examples directory and are as such not valid longtests is null.
Like some of the other examples (such as the Med case for example) these tests now also appear in the longtests.

They include unique coverage of parts of the Fluidity codebase and it's important to ensure they do not fail and continue to verify depended-upon functionality.

The segfaults need to be fixed or the code reverted to its previous functioning state. It's not acceptable to have this code in its current form in the trunk, and the lack of decisive action to date only serves to make the trunk less relevant to developers.

This needs to be addressed ASAP before the changes become too integrated.
