Rename 2 testcases to specify tasksel, add new xubuntu core testcase based on installing with iso

Three minor corrections needed, flocculant.

1655_Xubuntu Core Install tasksel:
-> Capitalize the timezone acronym from 'utc' to 'UTC'

Xubuntu Core Install:
-> There's a typo in the last list item sentence. You have: <li>Install thirdy-party software ... option available</li> and it should be: <li>Install third-party software ... option available</li>

-> Missing a space after the period between 'accepted' and 'Login' in: <dd>Name, username and password are accepted.Login options and home folder encryption choices shown</dd>
