I just found out that the files metacity.py and gtk_.py were never added to bzr. They have been.
Fixed pigment installation bug, to do with progressCallback.
Removed xsd files.

Added translation capabilites using gettext.
Added two convenience scripts: build.py for building .deb files, and translate.py for creating .po files.
Deleted or disactivated deprecated modules.
Pigments handle overwriting during installation slightly better now.
