Add linux-hwe-5.x armhf (and one arm64) to long_tests, since they time out.
Description of the change
As part of the zlib focal-proposed migration, autopkgtests are triggered for linux-hwe-5.11, linux-hwe-5.13 and linux-hwe-5.15, whereas all armhf builds time out, and for 5.15 also the arm64 build.
I figured out that linux-hwe-5.0/armhf and linux-hwe-5.4/armhf are already included in
long_tests, hence me adding linux-hwe-5.11, 5.13 and 5.15 for armhf and the latter one for arm64.

I should have added that If I have to work on kernel SRUs and have to do a test compile (in PPA) on all major platforms, it happens relatively often that the arm builds fail with a time out, too.
(It might even be related to the underlying system, where the compile job is scheduled to, which makes this pretty uncertain or unpredictable ...)
