Adjusted and expanded info on IBM Z aka s390x starting with rescue,recovery mode up to the entire appendix, especially preseed and debootstrap, fixed some nested xml element usage, that prevents building pdfs under special circumstances

Did various s390x-specific adjustments specially for Ubuntu on several files that belog to the intro and the chapters 1 to 3 (incl.).
Also added some URLs to urls.ent and did a minimal change to the build script to allow validations only (since the validation script is deprecated).
