Copy compute_jacobian_inverse_* and refactor into functions compute_jacobian_determinants_* and new_compute_jacobian_inverse_*.

Uflacs will start using the new functions, and when the rest of ffc does as well the original can be removed.

Refactor compute_facet_scaling_factors_<foo> by extracting computation
of edge/face scaling factors to separate functions, making them more
reusable for facet direction and normal computations.
