Several fixes for OpenSUSE 11.4:
- Update link to one-click-install for SWIG.
- Set UMFPACK_INCLUDE_DIR (needed by Trilinos).
- Set BLAS_LIBRARIES (needed for Armadillo test in DOLFIN).
- Replace suitesparse-common-devel with suitesparse-devel to get CHOLMOD.
- Add bison to list of packages to install with zypper (needed by PETSc).
