GUI changes:
* added normal mode button
* writing mode is no longer a toggel button
* added orientation menu (to rotate to all 4 orientations[normal,left,inverted,right])
* the status of hover-click and touch input is now offered by Gtk.CheckMenuItems

* GUI mode is now started if no parameters are given
