More clean up and QA work:

* mask live ebuilds (that's policy in Gentoo)
* rename bzr-r9999.eclass to bzr.eclass (shadowing is intended here, apart from that bug)
* first work on a merged bzr.eclass
* detail work (correct homepage, version bumps, ebuild clean-ups, some renaming, adding metadata.xml files)
* remove dev-util/qbzr (same version as in tree, which gets frequent updates)
