ml.amount_currency should not be used here and give wrong result.
ml.output_amount_ debit and ml.output_ amount_ credit are function fields that do
the right calculation. Rely on this fields. - 4402. By Fabien MORIN

US-1995 [FIX] do not sort the ids as they come already in a sorted order.
It is required to keep this order to be consistent between Excel file and CSV
(same order). The order come from the method getIds() of report/mcdb_result. py
