Description of the change

Updated the category name for the RasterGraphics subcategory from Painting & Editing to Painting (as that's the way the specification requests) and to match the subcategory in softwarecenter/db/categories.py, to avoid translation troubles like the one mentioned in bug #872760 comment #5.
