Reverted changes introduced in rev. 1120.

The change to equilibrium separation caused an unforeseen issue when bonds break resulting in numerical instability in fracture simulations.

N.B. The bugfix in rev. 1124 reduces the peak strength of bonded particle models by about 10%. Caution should be taken when using versions later than rev. 1124 with parameters calibrated using versions prior to rev. 1124.

Fixed a bug with the equilibrium separation for RotBondedInteraction.

Formerly the equilibrium separation was set equal to the sum of particle radii. Now it is the initial separation of the particles. This ensures that models are initially in equilibrium, removing an artificial initially non-zero elastic strain energy.

N.B. This is only a crude fix for now. Needs to be tidied up and bug fixed for other similar IGs.

The "#if" testing for BOOST_VERSION >= 1.34.0 in C++ files has been removed.
The build system currently requires 1.34.1 as the oldest version.

Small tidy-up of API documentation. I also removed a couple of compiler warnings
generated by the ordering of variables in a class constructor relative to their
ordering in the header.
