Add a framework to view specific esnet router data. Actual handles to fetching data to come, for now it displays random data.

Added almanac cacheing: set to refresh at 30 seconds, unless there is a change in parameters. Add an extra checkbox to toggle timeline on/off. Finally, comment out console.log() messages since they sometimes cause JS engines to fail if firebug isn't installed.
