Swap Delay & LFO knobs for Flanger FX in LateNight skins skin.xml. The order is now like in other skins (e.g. Deere) and GUI labels actually match functionality. Fix lp:1004826

- Added configurability of the curve for soft fade/fast cut as well (they are simply two ends of the same spectrum.)
- Added xFaderMode CO to reflect which mode we're in
