Bug fixed the the use of non-existing constant GEARMAN_TASK_FREE_DATA instead of GEARMAN_PACKET_FREE_DATA.

Added GEARMAN_CLIENT_FREE_WORKLOAD option so ownership of workload memory
can be passed to library so workload is freed when task is freed.

Added also gearman_task_set_free_workload_option method so the ability of
freeing the workload can be set/removed from a particular task.
