Got rid of the pyxml dependancy, switched to ElementTree because it's in
Py2.5's standard library. I'm a novice. I probably just introduced a
byte encoding bug on line 93, but hey it works for me :)

Made use of the wonderful feedparser module that allows podfetchr to
support atom, cdf, and hotrss.

Since podfetchr no longer requires a rss feed, all references to the
acronym RSS have been removed

Changed this fixture to be a non-feed instead of invalid xml, the
wonderful feedparser library fixes invalid xml for us.
