Trying to squash Bug #189384. Tel me if I got it.
Also made it so that it won't completely bail if we don't have the proper labeling of the theme pack icons. That should also be tested.

FIX: Hopefully it will handle changes in the themes and the relative pickles without bailing out. Now if there has been any change in the theme set's memaker will automatically rebuild your themes but destroy your session.

added the memaker.glade file but as a backup. But it looks like it will leave soon. I haven't gotten any complaints about the change.

Updated the saveAndQuit script to have a responsive close so that people do freak out when closing memaker. When it is busy pickling heads. :D

Handles Logic better in the save as area. Now it should be a little quicker and use less code.
