TODO: replace this with manual .pot imports until this bug is fixed:

Automatic import of the upstream github master branch, in bazaar format.
To be used by rosetta as a read-only source of the .pot file for translations.
Rosetta then exports translations in the epoptes-translations branch.
If it ever fails due to `git --amend; git push --force`, the following steps are needed:

1) Keep a tab open of this branch to copy the description later
2) Delete this branch
3) Import (https://code.launchpad.net/+code-imports/+new) from git://github.com/epoptes/epoptes.git into bzr
4) Go to https://translations.launchpad.net/epoptes/translations/+translations-settings and click "Set it now!" to re-declare the branch for automatic imports
