Merge ~enr0n/autopkgtest-cloud:gjs-ppc64el into ~ubuntu-release/autopkgtest-cloud/+git/autopkgtest-package-configs:main

The gjs tests often fail on ppc64el with the following:

Executing: gjs/testGObjectDestructionAccess.test
     JS G NS: Found info type FUNCTION for 'source_remove' in namespace 'GLib'
FAIL: gjs/testGObjectDestructionAccess.test (Child process killed by signal 9)

The tests consistently pass for me when run locally in a POWER9 VM, using lxd containers for the autopkgtest bed. To me this suggests the tests are resource-constrained on the ppc64el infrastructure, and gjs should be added to big_packages.
