Gave all the files more normal, descriptive names, and moved case studies into their own directory to fix Bug #43558

This is the first time I have ever made a branch of something and proposed it for merging, so look at what I did carefully and please tell me if I'm not understanding something.

Why underscores instead of spaces? That was one of the complaints in the original bug that I addressed with this change.
