Updated some images that were missing.
Made the jquery.php file for including to make our code cleaner.

Pushed the z-index up to 500 for the style bar. That way we would also
have the style bar on top.

Added more icons from the tango set.
Update the CSS to hel distiguish between the artical widgets and the
styles bar.
Created a fancy save button with css attributes for containing lists of
data.

Added the full Jquery.ui library incase we need anything. We will take
the stuff out at the end.
Css adjustments
Created the "Styles Bar" for creating new styles.
Added a few icons to make it look better.

Took out some more code that was commented that I found.

Fixed an error because of funny naming schemes... now draggable is
jquery.draggable.js and I moved it into the js folder for cleanliness.
Also added shortcut keys. Now 1+2 addes a new widget.

added the shortkeys jquery plugin... also moved the jquery.js code to
it's own directory as they are getting to be quite a few :D

Moved to better css and html w3c compliance. Changes the colors a
little. And took out commented code as it is in the version controller
now. Not needed.

Almost have the zindex figured out... now the number works... but for
some reason it kills my ability to use anything js or jquery after I
press it. Not sure on that one.

added more buttons for the in and out of the zindex. For some reason
the zindex isn't working. I get -1 when I subtrack. But when I add, I
get -11 and -111 and so forth. it must be because the program some how
things that it's a string.
