Description of the change

Fix bugs (lp:901270 lp:904162) err code 259 and can't write to last_state file bug occurs because some ocsinventory threads still running

Hy Emmanuel,

This patch does fix the error.

It is only a workaround which can cause more errors, because service will wait for all childs, including deployment process.

If deployment of a package take a day, service will wait for a day before doing anything else...
