A simple test and template to show how to create animated desktop backgrounds for GNOME. Could require at least GNOME Destktop 2.22.

Added XML file used by Appearance preferences tool to
list available desktop backgrounds. Note that it's not a
siple image used as desktop background, so <wallpaper> element
point to another XML file, that should contain the animation
