Don't call ffado_streaming_wait while suspended.

This prevents the reported device-side xrun on resume. There's still
a bunch on unhappy spew to the logs, but the audio output no longer
stutters and mplayer doesn't report lockups anymore.

This doesn't quite work. There's some kind of internal FFADO error
happening. We're probably setting some parameter incorrectly.

FFADO actually requires a sample rate, so add a default.

The FFADO API documentation says -1 can be used to autodetect, but
apparently it's misinformed or lying.
