Description of the Change

This branch updates sourcedeps.conf to pull in the latest shipit code.

I'm not sure if this belongs here, but this is a brief summary of the changes introduced in shipit, MPs approved separately:

 * Autoapprove second request if made for different arch than previously shipped
 * Added a link to ubuntu.com in footer logo
 * Removed incorrect FAQ link from shipit.kubuntu
 * Added tests for shipit's Openid consumer against replay attacks
 * Lowered number of previously shipped requests allowed
