Require python-imaging (PIL) >= 1.1.7

Description of the Change

Depend on python-imaging >= 1.1.7.

The dependency on python2.5-imaging also remains because, specifying a version on it prevents the python-imaging package from providing python2.5-imaging satisfactorily.
