This gives 4 options for what amount of content goes out via email to subscribers. Each blog has a setting that lets the blog owner pick what goes: none, excerpt, item up to more, full item. The default is excerpt. The email no longer contains the author's login, and all emails contain a link to the item's permalink. Of course.
