This branch CamelCases 2 plugin functions (get_coll_setting_definitions() and get_widget_param_definitions() ) that for whatever reason were not. Now all the hooks that do "return array()" are camel-cased.

get_coll_settings_definitions became GetDefaultBlogSettings, and get_widget_param_definitions became GetDefaultWidgetSettings to kinda line up with the other existing GetDefault* functions.
