Summary:

Some modifications to addons_extra modules we (appventure GmbH) did for a customer.
We use svn so here is the changelog:

base_external_referentials: changed apikey field to type password
base_external_referentials: added initial inventory for items when creating or importing products
base_external_referentials: modified ext_import to handle configurable products
base_external_referentials: added key checks in ext_import for simple products
base_external_referentials: fixed magento sku renaming
base_external_referentials: added unlink() to external_osv for better product image sync handling

base_sale_multichannels: added ignore_stock_on_order_import field
base_sale_multichannels: added field ext_payment_method in sale order view form

product_images_olbs: Images can be added to product templates
product_images_olbs: Images now have a default title
product_images_olbs: Image title is no longer a required field

product_m2mcategories: Added category selection to product templates

product_variant_multi: product dimensions are now global
product_variant_multi: added product variant creation wizard to product.template
product_variant_multi: added default values to variant creation wizard
product_variant_multi: set default values for 'Active' : Enabled and 'Visibility': Not Visible Individually
product_variant_multi: the Variants tab is now only visible for configurable products
product_variant_multi: _get_all_variant_tuples now returns [] if no dimension was chosen
product_variant_multi: removed "Generate all.." button on variants tab
product_variant_multi: added initial inventory (if quantity is greater than zero) and tax class id for variant creation
product_variant_multi: added workaround for stock amount for generated variants (seems that one inventory for several variants doesn't work)
