Fixed remaining issue with ipc - turned out to be due to gtk import
Added generic exception handler to ease logic for reporting errors without depending immediatly on gtk error dialog.

Reworked application init
- added init.conf and made automount core functionality
- remove automount plugin and framework for profile independent plugins

Test suite now fully OK

However still number of issues, especially for IPC :(
