Fix set_trackers() when trackers == None

When using a more recent version of libtorrent, set_trackers()
will result in an "AttributeError: 'dict' object has no attribute 'url'"
exception if the trackers parameter is None, just like upstream bug #2223.
Need to perform more thorough version checks to fix.
