Provided a work-around for the problem with storing images due to web-server headersize configuration. This solution splits the dataurl of the images into chunks of maximum 3k characters, and joins the data again when loading.

Picture module finished. Implemented ajax calls to save and load pictures with systemSettings API. Modified resize function to not alter small images.
