Replaced scripaculous / Crossfade with jQuery and Cycle plugin.
Automatic slide switching now pauses after reaching the end, but manual controls continue to function.
Important note: This needed a change to the CSS for all slideshows, setting 100% width and height for #slideshow > div

Fixed build error by completing move of ubuntu-upgrade to ubuntu-netbook.

Removed ubuntu-upgrade (ubuntu-netbook) package, since it is currently not finished.
Updated changelog for previous work.

Added lists of featured software (with icons) to each slide in Ubuntu slideshow.
All icons have been resized to 32px.

Some minor style changes.
Text in welcome.html is now more obviously placeholder text.

Added controls (not debug controls) to Ubuntu slideshow, along with necessary Javascript gizmos.

slideshow.js now supports settings passed as global variables. Different slideshows can specify their own timings and transition effects.
Removed fading effect from Cover transition.
Removed ability to switch to another slide until the current slide is fully visible. (Note this is rather ugly in its implementation).
Removed some unused Javascript from Xubuntu slideshow, which was throwing some unhappy error messages.
Slowed down timings for Ubuntu slideshow. Transition takes one second, each slide is shown for 50 seconds.

Renamed slides matching task specific screenshot names

Added some copy for each slide, pulled from ubuntu.com's feature tour (per the design). Currently it is specific to Lucid and the list of applications for each feature is missing, but it should be enough for discussion.

Removed unused CSS rules.
Fixed line height for title, allowing for two line titles as required. Note that second line slightly overlaps first, which works with English but may be a problem for other locales. Needs testing.
Fixed RTL mode.

Comments for translators have been removed (naturally), pending final copy.
