Opportunity action buttons now aligned to the right, fixing bug 613285

Opportunity summary is now left aligned. Lightened text colour to rgb(180,180,180).
Changed colour for note signatures. Now rgb(80,80,80), consistent with small text used elsewhere.

Larger font size for .filter-value > ul > li a.help
