Hi,
This branch contains fixes for issues #877292 and #858053.
To test it, run unity-2d under a right-to-left locale, and maximize a window. After applying the patch, launcher autohide should work correctly at the right edge of the screen, and the window buttons on the panel should be aligned the same as with the left-to-right version.

- use pkg-config variable substitution where available
- remove spurious 'Library' key
- hardcode the version to match that of the package, in want of a better solution

D-Conf option 'use-opengl' was not taken into account because the absence of
command line parameter -opengl was overriding it.
