Merge update-for-new-wsdl. [r=therve].

This branch updates the naming changes in the query and parsing parameters
based on the 2009-11-30 version of Amazon's EC2 wsdl. In particular it fixes
describe_keypairs and uses an updated parsing for TerminateInstancesResponse.
