Update rules

In recent versions of the CoppeliaRobotics repository, they have changed the some of the filenames and this breaks the compatibility with the dqrobotics-interface-vrep code.
For now, I'm trying to fix it by asking launchpad to checkout a specific vrep tag, "vrep-v3.6.2", where everything is supposed to work fine.
We may consider making a different repository, such as dqrobotics-interface-coppeliasim, for compatibility with the CoppeliaSim.
