Migrate to using the latest PageHeader API

This required a few changes in PathHistoryRow so it aligned properly
plus i quickly replaced the Rectangle's that really weren't needed???

Fix the white gap below the header

This fixes the white gap visible below the header in both
FolderListView and FolderIconView when the sidepanel isn't visible
