First working version on the server. The server needs to have a reasonable amount of RAM and swap in order for the import not to be killed by oom-killer (hint: don't use t1.micro cloud images for testing). Switched to autoincrement serial ids for all inserts in the database, as specifing values for the initial insert made the database loose track of the last insert id value

Cleaned up imports function a bit, dropping indexes and regenerating them seems to take longer than just leaving as they are. Added conditional version check when getting a hook onto the underlying psycopg2 cursor.
