if we get lock error (or I suppose any other error) during refresh than we need to clear sheduled flag anyway, otherwise explorer won't refresh after that error until it'll be reopened.

By default delete files to trash using send2trash library. If user wants just kill files then change the option at Tools - Options - Behavior - Actions.
Also using trash icon for delete action now as more appropriate and intuitive instead of "octopus".
