Updated the BuildResultHandler piston handler to return less data about objects build result records relate to - really, all we really need is the PK of these objects and we can do separate requests. This will help make the list of builds performed by a builder on the builders detail page load faster by reducing the amount of data needed to download by more than 50%. Ultimately, paging support will need to be added to piston (provided we don't switch to something else that already does first).

Updated js in schedule page template to avoid trying to check length of milestones when milestones is null. Also fixed typo that made the milestone links in the day body not work (LP #794555).
