UI and CLI upated to take separate build numbers for hwpack and OS binaries. We still don't let the user select from an entirely different day, but at that point they should proabably be downloading the files themselves!

By default the GUI will select the latest OS and latest hwpack build.

The CLI has a new format for specifying a build:
./linaro-fetch-image --hardware panda --platform snapshot --image "linaro-ubuntu-desktop" --build 20110823:3:0 --hwpack lt-panda-x11-base-natty --mmc /dev/sdc

This will download the 11.08 Ubuntu desktop release candidate. The build ID is YYMMDD:OS build number:hwpack build number.

Allow Snowball startfiles.cfg to specify full path to each individual startfile. If an absolute path is not specified, the files are assumed to be in /boot of the chroot.
