Got it - need to use "changeOrigin: true" when proxying virtual hosts

Trying out proxying http sites on shared servers failed (android-build.linaro.org HTTP access doesn't work).

All local files served from local server (no point in proxying to web), added special case for fetching manifest.txt - always returns a local file.
