- all autopilot tests now properly verify some final condition, not just clicking some component
- new test that verifies "add credit card" happy path
- added a "make autopilot" cmake target, can be run from any directory now
- removed hardcoding of fake server port, changed to be automatic
- generalized the use of fake credentials
- misc renaming of qml components to more significant names.
