We now print less to stdout but also ensure that the full top logs
are kept as attachment data to the tests and can be retrieved for
debugging if needed.

I hit two requirements for this:

1) run from phablet session. This is required for the phone-app-connected
test to work

2) give a bit more flexibility on parsing options. This is needed
for a test like unity8
