  * Add provide_kick_protection_modes.patch:
    Provides channel mode 'Q' and user mode 'q',
    both modes protect users from channel kicks.
    Only server and services can kick the users.
    This patch also adds a new error msg ERR_ATTACKDENY_MSG,
    and fixes a typo and changes ERR_CHANOPPRIVTOLOW_MSG to
    ERR_CHANOPPRIVTOOLOW_MSG.
