Minor fixes and improvements throughout the codebase:

  * SharedProxy.__getattribute__ includes more information in the AttributeError it raises
  * xmantissa.publicweb.getLoader is really deprecated now
  * _CustomizingResource has a __repr__ implementation now
  * The /private redirect sometimes done by PublicFrontPage.renderHTTP has been removed.
  * PublicFrontPage has some unit tests now.
  * FakeRequest now treats header names case-insensitively
  * IPreauthCredentials is deprecated.
  * Some other minor changes to facilitate unit testing and some other new unit tests.

Add a hook to nevow.guard.SessionWrapper which allows the domain
parameter of the session cookie to be specified.

Implement this hook in Mantissa's PersistentSessionWrapper to
base the value on the domains the site is configured with and a
flag indicating whether the cookie should be valid for subdomains.
